Customers’ Level of Satisfaction on the Foods, Location, and Services offered by Vikings in SM Lanang, Davao City

Abstract:

The purpose of the study was to determine the customer’s satisfaction offered by Vikings at SM Lanang. Descriptive - comparative research design was used in this investigation. A researcher made survey questionnaire was utilized and it was validated by experts. Results have shown that customers of Vikings restaurant are satisfied with the foods, service, as well as the location of the establishment. However, it was reported that there is no significant difference between respondents’ sex and age.
