The BANQUET is the official journal of student and faculty researchers of
the Nutrition and Dietetics / Hotel and Restaurant Management Program
of the University of the Immaculate Conception. The research journal is
published annually, and is composed of research studies from two different
courses offered by the ND/HRM Program: BS in Nutrition and Dietetics
and BS in Hotel and Restaurant Management.
