The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship of collective trust, collective efficacy, organizational support and teacher productivity among public elementary school teachers. Descriptive-correlational design was utilized in the study. The data were obtained from the public elementary school teachers of the 10 divisions in Davao region. Sets of questionnaires were used as instruments. Pearson product moment correlation was used to determine the inter-relationships between the collective trust, collective efficacy and organizational support to teacher productivity. Multiple linear regression was performed to determine the significant predictor of teacher productivity. Path analysis was utilized in order to analyze the path relationships among the variables and to determine the best fit model of teacher productivity and the influencing variables. The findings of the study revealed that the level of collective trust, the level of organizational support and the level of teacher productivity were all high. Moreover, collective efficacy as perceived by the teachers was very high. Collective trust, collective efficacy and organizational support were highly correlated with teacher productivity. Further, all the three exogenous variables had significant and direct influence to teacher productivity. Lastly, the conceptual model passed all the goodness of fit indices criteria.
