The primary aim of the study was to determine the moderating effect of internal locus of control on the relationship between school organizational climate and teacher morale. Regression technique and Mod Graph were used to determine the moderating effect of internal locus of control on the relationship between school organizational climate and teacher morale. The study purposively selected 400 public elementary school teachers with more than three years of service as respondents. The statistical tools applied were mean, standard deviation, Pearson Correlation (r) and multiple regression analysis. The findings of the study revealed that the level of school organizational climate was high which means favorable. As perceived by the teachers, there was a very high level of morale denoting that morale was always observed. The high level of internal locus of control in public elementary schools involved in this study means that teachers were in control of their lives most of the time. Furthermore, it was found out that there were significant relationships in the following variables: teacher morale and internal locus of control, school organizational climate and internal locus of control and school organizational climate and teacher morale. Importantly, the study indicated that internal locus of control did not significantly moderate the relationship between school organizational climate and teacher morale.
