The study aimed to measure the level of financial stress and job performance among employees and examined the relationship of financial stress and job performance of Cooperative Bank Employees in Cotabato Province. The respondents of the study were the 126 regular cooperative bank employees who were selected through the criteria of purposive sampling who had specifically underwent financial literacy and financial empowerment seminar. The study made use of descriptive-correlative method. The average weighted mean, standard deviation and Pearson r were the statistical tools used in the study. The findings of the study showed that the level of financial stress of cooperative bank employees was sometimes felt and the level of job performance was often manifested. Further, results showed that there was no significant relationship between financial stress and job performance of cooperative bank employees. The study concluded that cooperative bank employees may sometimes felt financial stress but it did not affect their job performance.
