The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between coaching efficacy and performance among coaches. The descriptive correlation design was utilized with the questionnaire as the main tool in gathering the data. A total of 107 varsity athletes were selected as respondents using a purposive sampling technique. Mean and standard deviation, Pearson r, and multiple regression analysis were the statistical tools used in analyzing the data. Findings revealed that the coaching efficacy of the coaches was very high. On the other hand, athletes also responded that the coaching performance of the coach was also very high. It showed that there was a substantial significant relationship between coaching efficacy and coaching performance. The study also showed that motivation and technique best predicted the coaching performance of the coaches.
