Effectiveness of the Arellano University English Program for Vietnamese Teachers

This research determined the effectiveness of the Arellano University English program for Vietnamese teachers held July to August 2013. Descriptive quantitative – qualitative methods using observation, focused group interviews and evaluation tools were employed to gather data needed in the study. The findings revealed that the program was effective in improving the oral communication skills of the students in a English as a Second Language class.
