The school heads need better ways as leaders and have to have emergency plans that should include efforts. The pandemic has caused principals to reprioritize goals and tasks. This study has ten school heads of Talomo District, Davao City, interviewed on their perceptions, views and insights in leading teachers amidst the pandemic. The finding disclosed based on considerable themes: instructional support training, evaluation and supervision, extensive time for training, feedbacking, double down on time management, choosing priorities carefully, and solving problems is a stress reducer, timely program proposal, implementing modalities in localization, and teacher awareness activities, the element of teaching presence was included in all the papers analyzed as it supported with the aim of achieving certain learning outcomes amidst the pandemic crisis of education through the lenses of school heads. Furthermore, this has already been evident in the presentation of the findings related to the meaningful engagement of school heads for undertaking specific tasks providing an integrated approach in relation to the different knowledge domains as well as the elements involved in the teaching and learning process leading teachers amidst pandemic crisis, results gathered on this study serve as a reference for the principals/ school heads to effectively integrate all pedagogy in teaching and leading lenses, and provided as a basis proposed program for the race to the top grantees and others engaged in education reform suited to the new learning system.
