Abstract:

Mentors and mentees are meant to complement each other in the school’s teaching and learning process. These two stakeholders of any educational institutions play a significant and vital role in the life of the educational system. The lifeblood of the educational process greatly depends on the mentors and mentees. Therefore, it is expected that the mentors are supposed to be at their best in all aspects so that the mentees are motivated in their role as learners in the process. Self-efficacy is all about your belief in your own abilities as it pertains to dealing with various situations. Self-efficacy can play a big role in your life, impacting not only how you feel about yourself but also how successful you might be.
