It focused on the teachers and administrators’ perceptions about the status of the school-based management system's implementation, if there would be significant difference on the perception of the two groups of respondents’ relative to this, on how well did the teachers perform over the previous three years, the correlation, if any, between the degree of school-based management system implementation and the teachers' performance and the proposed action plan. The study used the descriptive method of research. The respondents of the study were randomly selected. They are public secondary teachers, School Coordinators, Head Teachers, and School Heads in the selected public secondary schools in the City Schools Division of Antipolo. From the data collected, it indicates that instructors' performance and the degree to which the SBM system is implemented are significantly correlated, and that there is no discernible difference between the two groups of respondents’ perceptions of the SBM system. Additionally, there was an improvement in the performance of the teachers in comparison to the degree of SBM implementation in the public secondary schools in Antipolo City, District 1-c Division. The input contains the performance of the public secondary schools as revealed in SBM and data on the performance of teachers from the IPCRF, the questionnaire being used and the 170 respondents of which 140 teachers and 30 school administrator respondents were randomly selected. The questionnaires were validated by master teachers who were not part of the respondents. The process used in the study includes validation of questionnaire, administration and retrieval of questionnaire, statistical treatment of data and the analysis and interpretation of data. On the other hand, the output are the perceived levels of implementation of SBM System, the test on significant difference between the perception of the teachers and administrators, the level of teachers’ performance, the test result on determination of significant relationship between SBM level, the teachers’ performance
