Abstract:
This study assesses the tagline "@ABM You're the Boss" on the empowerment and entrepreneurial intention of ABM students at Tacurong National High School. Utilizing a quantitative, non-experimental descriptive-correlation design, data were collected from a sample of 154 respondents selected through simple random sampling. The tools used for analysis included mean and multiple regression analysis. Results indicated a very high level of the tagline “@ABM you’re the Boss”. Empowerment levels were classified as high, while entrepreneurial intention also showed a very high level. Multiple regression analysis revealed significant influences of perceived relevance and motivational impact of the tagline on both empowerment and entrepreneurial intention of ABM students, leading to the rejection of the null hypothesis. The findings suggest that the tagline resonates with students, inspiring them and enhancing their readiness for future leadership roles and entrepreneurial ventures. To further enhance the tagline's effectiveness on students’ empowerment and entrepreneurial intention, the researchers recommend implementing the "Arat, Banat, Mag-Himakas: A Tripartite Project of ABM Strand." This initiative aims to inspire students by inviting professionals from accounting, business, and management to share their personal stories of struggle and triumph, thereby significantly increasing the motivational impact on students.
