Abstract:

Since the 21st century, social structures have transformed alongside the internet's integration into daily life, leading to a decline in traditional street and violent crimes but a significant rise in internet-related offenses, particularly among minors, as reflected in the increasing statistics of online fraud and juvenile involvement in cybercrime. The study aimed to analyze personality traits, assess predictors and identify manifestations of online deviance, examine relationships, and propose measures to mitigate online deviance. The study is a quantitative descriptive design, utilizing self-made and validated survey questionnaire distributed to selected vocational students. Research concluded that vocational college students' personal characteristics, especially self-control, social link, specific network deviant behavior are the main factors affecting the college students’ network deviant behavior and recommend the need to establish "personal-home-school-society" construction system and strengthen the family. School must form a comprehensive education, guidance, prevention and management of youth network deviant behavior.
