Discipline: Management, Sports Science

This study aimed to assess the management of Miriam College Athletic Program (MCAP) in channeling and implementing its functions during its first year (SY 2007-2008) of operation based on the following variables: Training Program, Budget Allocation, Facilities and Equipment, Human Resource, and Support System. The study tested the hypothesis that there are no significant differences in the assessment of three groups of respondents namely student-athletes, coaches, and PE faculty of the management of the MCAP based on the variables identified.
