The Guidance Counselor of the University of the Immaculate Conception has been conducting counseling to students in aid of their consultations. It is practiced traditionally in a manner of a one on one conversation between the guidance Counselor and the student. Incoming college students are target audience of this program because it is in that point in time where they are at the stage of choosing their career. The student confides their concerns to the Guidance Counselor. Among the issues tackled in counseling is career or course consultation. Course consultation concerns issues in aiding advices to students with regard to course or career paths. Most students hesitate in undergoing counseling with Guidance Counselors. They may be somewhat shy to confide or express their inquiries.
