The purpose of this study was to gather details and investigate the processes in the organization. With this, the proponents were able to ascertain some discrepancies which they sought in for a resolution. This Tutorial Support System is intended to provide support and administer the needs of the company, both client and staff. The Academic Edge Tutorial and Review Centre, with their already existing structure, is a successful organization; but despite of this, the proponents still continued to seek for an approach to further amplify and strengthen their current system to provide better service for their clients. The system sought to render assistance to both components of the organizations– the staff members and clients of young students ranging from elementary to high school. The proponents utilized a PHP framework particularly CakePhp, an open source web application. The tutorial support system enables the center to monitor the sessions as well as the performance of their clients. This is accessible to the clients, even while in their own homes
