Is there a Culture of Research in Letran Calamba?*

Abstract:

This study dwelled on an extended SWOT analysis of Letran Calamba’s Institutional Research Program (IRP). A host of internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as external opportunities and threats were seen in the program, along with areas of competitive advantage, investment-divestment, and mobilization. Intensive research promotion and capability building and linkage with the industry and funding agencies were identified as areas where the program should be further intensified.
