The study is aimed at analyzing a developed final examination in Physics 2. The data were taken from the results of the final examination administered to 54 Engineering students enrolled in Physics 2 class during the second semester of school year 2010-2011. The test papers were checked with a standard scoring key. Item difficulty and item discrimination indexes were determined. The difficulty index ranges from very easy to very difficult with majority of the items categorized as moderate. The discrimination index ranges from very low to high with most of the items categorized as very low, moderate and low. There were nine questionable items which could be discarded and nine items which contain distracters that could be reviewed and revised for further inclusion in the next set of examination. This paper concludes that the final examination in Physics 2 given in the second semester of SY2009-10 has only few revisions on its options and few adjustments to make for a normal distribution based on difficulty and discrimination indexes.
