Charlemagne G. Laviña is presently the Dean of the College of Information Technology Education of TIP-Manila. He earned his PhD major in Information Technology Management from Colegio de San Juan de Letran in Calamba, MS in Computer Science from AMA-Makati and BS in Computer Science from LCBA – Calamba, Laguna. He was formerly the Dean of Computer Studies of the Pamantasan ng Cabuyao and a part-time professor of Letran, University of Perpetual Help, LCBA, AMA and Laguna State Polytechnic College. He passed the Career Service Professional Examination administered by the Civil Service Commission and has a faculty rank of Associate Professor IV before leaving the government service.
