Ricardo P. Torio holds degrees of Master of Engineering major in Electrical Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Mapua Institute of Technology. He was the 18th placer in the Registered Electrical Engineers Board Exam given in March, 1998. He is the Chair of the Electrical Engineering Department of TIP Manila. He had handled elective subjects at the Mapua Institute of Technology Graduate Studies and previously handled review classes for the board exam of Registered Electrical Engineers and Electronics and Communications Engineers.
