Rosalinda R. Papa has more than four decades of teaching experience in the undergraduate and twenty-five years in the graduate program. She finished her Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology at the University of Sto. Tomas where she also finished her degrees of Master of Arts in Psychology and Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Before joining TIP, she held various positions in Guidance and Counseling at several universities and colleges in Metro Manila. Currently, she is the head of the Guidance and Counseling Office of TIP Manila.
