Adelina I Ranga is a Metrobank Most Outstanding Teacher awardee. Before joining TIP, she was the Non-Formal Education supervisor of the Department of Education, Manila. She was a Non- Formal Education professor of the Philippine Normal University and had vast experiences as a livelihood technology specialist in various schools in Metro Manila and even in Asia. She was also cited as an Outstanding Manila Teacher of the Year and received the Pin of Excellence award from DECS. She is a candidate for a Doctor of Education degree at the National Teachers College where she also finished her degree in Master of Arts. Currently, she is the head of the Social Orientation and Community Involvement Program of TIP.
