Melfi M. Caranto obtained her degrees in Master of Arts in Industrial Psychology from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila and Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Far Eastern University. Before joining TIP, she had working stints with various Industrial companies like Intel Technology Philippines Incorporated, where she was awarded as Outstanding Employee for 2002. She is the current Student Personnel Services Director and the Head of the Office of Student Affairs of TIP Manila.
