Ma. Cecilia D. Atienza –Venal graduated with a BS in Computer Engineering degree from Adamson University in 1993, and MS in Management Engineering from the same University in 1997.She also obtained her Master in Computer Engineering degree from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila in 2006. She has earned 30 units towards the completion of PhD in Management Engineering at Adamson University. Engineer Venal is currently the Officer-in Charge of the Computer Engineering Department and has been with TIPQC since June, 2000.Â
