Elsa V. Isip is a BS in Computer Science graduate from TIP-Mla in 1998. She became a full-time faculty member of the ITE Department in 1998. She pursued her double Masters’ degrees in Information Technology at the Technological University of the Philippines and the University of the Philippines, in 2005. She is currently taking Doctor of Technology from the same University. Ms. Isip is presently the Chair of the Information Systems Department of the CITE of TIPQC.
