Jane R. Espinosa obtained her BS Education degree, major in English and minor in History, from the University of Manila in 1971 and her Master of Arts in Educational Management degree from the Marikina Institute of Science and Technology in 1998. In 2003, she finished her second master’s degree in Management in Public Administration from the NCBA Ms. Espinosa, is currently the Practicum Coordinator of the College of Education of TIPQC.
