Abstract:
This study employed descriptive research to explore the relationship among musical educational resource integration, teaching strategies, and innovative approaches in Chinese art colleges and universities. A total of 420 music teachers participated, most of whom were aged 26 to 40, held master's degrees, and had 21 to 40 years of experience in music education. The respondents recognized the value of integrating music education resources, particularly by combining technology with traditional methods. They emphasized the need for developing interactive, high-quality content and highlighted accessibility, quality assessment, effectiveness, and sustainability as key factors in enhancing the management of music education and overall teaching quality.
The study also underscored the importance of personalized instruction, diverse curriculum design, and varied learning experiences to foster sustainable learning environments that encourage creativity and personal growth. Statistical analysis revealed significant differences in resource integration, teaching strategies, and innovation based on age, education, and experience. A positive correlation was found between the integration of educational resources, teaching strategies, and innovative methods, with better resource integration leading to more effective teaching strategies and broader innovation opportunities.
Based on these findings, the study proposed a teacher training program for music educators, aiming to enhance their skills in resource integration, teaching strategies, and innovation. The study highlights the need for continuous innovation and improvement in music education to meet the evolving demands of the field and nurture exceptional musical talent.
