Eliza T. Samson is an Associate Professor of Professional Education courses at the MMSU-CTE.  She holds the degree, Doctor of Education major in Educational Management which she obtained from the MMSU-GS.  She pursued her Master of Arts in Education at the University of Asia Pacific, School of Education.  She is at present the Chief of the University Guidance Program.  She has been a major adviser of funded researches for PHSSA and currently undertaking institutionally approved researches. She is one of the translators of the Ethical Guidelines in Health Research in Iloko version.
