AYSEL DOGAN, PhD (Middle East Technical University) is Associate Professor of Philosophy at the Department of Philosophy, Kocaeli University, Turkey. Her area of concentration is the philosophy of science. She received her MA in philosophy at Bowling Green State University, USA where she focused on ethics and political philosophy.
