The LEAPS: Miriam College Faculty Research Journal is published every year by Miriam College. It gives the faculty members of the college an opportunity to thrive in and contribute to the intellectual community through research in the current concerns and trends in the field of education. It aims to encourage teachers to actively take part in constantly improving their own scholarship through critical investigation and examination of issues relevant to their profession, consequently elevating their teaching to be enriched with thoughtful reflection and sharing these findings with fellow educators and learners.
